Problem Statement

Teams have issues that never surface until someone quits. People don't speak up in meetings or 1:1s. Annual surveys are too infrequent and not anonymous enough. Managers are often the last to know about problems.

Initial Concept

Weekly anonymous pulse checks - quick questions about workload, blockers, team health. Aggregated results so individuals can't be identified. Trends over time. Early warning system for team issues before they become crises.
